A Total Commitment to Safety

Waterline Square has created a comprehensive strategy for operating New York City’s finest residential property and amenities facility with the highest levels of safety and confidence. In accordance with government regulations, CDC guidelines and proven practices, the Waterline Square team will be implementing rigorous protocols to carry out an extensive disinfecting process and ensure cleanliness in The Waterline Club and throughout the entire property.

Cleaning Protocol

Waterline Square has developed enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures that go beyond federal, state, and local guidelines and align with public health recommendations.

Disinfection Procedure

Waterline Square uses medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants for continuous deep-cleaning processes. Designated areas of the building may be closed when facilitating cleaning.

Hand Sanitizer

Residents are asked to use the Waterline Square’s touchless hand sanitizer stations upon entering and frequently throughout their visit. Residents are also encouraged to wash their hands regularly.

Disinfectant Wipes

Residents are asked to use disinfectant wipes on equipment and supplies before and after use. Disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the building.

Contactless Check-In

The Waterline Club entrance will be equipped with touchless entry scanners to provide a protective shield for The Waterline Club Members.

Equipment Use

Fitness equipment has been reconfigured and reduced for safer use. However, some small or difficult-to-clean items that do not comply with cleaning protocols will be temporarily removed until further notice. Contact the Waterline Club Staff for current closures.


The Waterline Club members will be asked to alert The Waterline Club manager if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last visit. All names will be kept confidential.


Waterline Square Lifestyle Associates and staff will be on-site and available to answer questions and attend to residents’ needs. All rules and policies are subject to change.
